E-44/3, first floor. That is where you will find us in Okhla Industrial Area Phase II. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s lots of trucks and noise all day long. Univfinder Llp is right in the middle of all that activity in South Delhi. The pin code is 110020. It isn’t the kind of place you come for a quiet walk, that’s for sure. The office itself is functional. We’ve got some computers, a few chairs, and a lot of files. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic outside, but we try to keep it clean. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just get the work done. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during the afternoon break. It’s a very practical environment. We spend most of our time answering emails or looking things up. Being in Okhla means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which is handy sometimes. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just help people find universities. It’s a lot of sitting and searching. Some days are busier than others. We just take it as it comes. It's a standard small office life in a busy industrial part of New Delhi. Nothing very exciting, just steady work and many cups of tea. Most of us have worked here for a couple of years now.
