We are over in Sant Nagar, specifically in Building 252, which is near East of Kailash. The glass business can be a bit tricky because everything is fragile. We spend a lot of our time moving sheets around and making sure nothing gets chipped. The space at S-9 isn't huge, but we make it work for what we need. It’s a busy part of Delhi, so there’s always people walking by. Parking is a nightmare most days, so we tell people to come early if they can. Our team is small, just a few guys who know how to handle glass without breaking it. We’ve got some old machinery that still runs better than the new stuff. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls—even though we sell glass. It’s more of a workshop feel. We have samples lying around and bits of glass everywhere. You have to be careful where you step. We don’t really do much advertising. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them about the shop in Sant Nagar. It’s a bit dusty, and there’s always a crate being moved, but it’s home for us. We just take it one order at a time and try to get the dimensions right every time. It's a simple shop.
