We are located on the second floor of D-12 in Ghaffar Manzil. It’s right there by the Jamia Boundary Road in Okhla, New Delhi. Being in Okhla means there is always something going on outside, and the noise from the road usually makes its way up to our office. Tyco Fire & Security India Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and pieces of security hardware lying around. It isn't a showroom; it's a working office where we try to stay on top of the fire safety projects we have going on. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, and we’ve all tripped on that one loose step at least once. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just answer the phones, look at the blueprints, and try to make sure the fire systems are ready to go. Delhi summers are tough, and our old window unit tries its best, but it gets pretty warm in here by midday. We mostly just talk like normal people and try to help out whoever walks through the door or calls us up. It's a simple life here in 110025, just doing the work and heading home once the day is done.
