Turbo Industries Pvt Ltd is based out of the DDA Flats in Sukhdev Vihar, specifically in Pkt A, unit 118 A. It’s not your typical industrial park setting, which makes the workday a little different for us here in New Delhi. Being in a residential pocket means things are a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, though the Delhi traffic is always just around the corner. We use this space to manage all our business activities and coordinate everything. It's a small team, and we’ve been here long enough that we know all the local vendors and the postman by name. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glass building. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our desks and phones. Most of our work involves a lot of coordinating over the phone and keeping track of various industrial requirements. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files piling up, but we manage. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing with the slogans and the mission statements. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things organized. The summer heat in Delhi is usually the biggest challenge we face, but the chai stall nearby keeps us going. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been our home for a long time and it works for us.
