Our place is located at A 202 in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I. Being in an industrial area means things are a bit different than a regular retail shop. It’s more about boxes, paperwork, and keeping track of inventory. The building is functional and doesn't have much in the way of decoration or art. We focus on the business side of things here. It can get pretty loud with the trucks moving in and out of the estate all day long. Trison International Pvt Ltd has been operating from this unit for quite a while. Inside, it's mostly desks and storage shelves. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure orders are moving correctly. It’s not the kind of place where people just wander in off the street to browse. We deal with specific clients and handle the logistics of what we do. The stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow, but it works for what we need. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused through the afternoon. Every day there is a list of tasks to get through, and we just chip away at it until it's time to head home. The heat in Okhla during the summer can be tough, but we have some fans going.
