Our place, Trelleborg Automotive India Pvt Ltd, is located at GA 90 in Pul Prahlad Pur. It’s an area that stays quite busy with people moving around and trucks coming and going. The building itself is pretty easy to spot once you’re in the right part of New Delhi. We’ve got a mix of office space and storage areas because of the nature of what we handle. It isn't a quiet library type of office; there’s usually some noise from the street or the fans running inside. We have a team of people who have been here for years, so we all know the drill. The desks are covered in documents, parts, and various bits of stationery. We aren't big on interior design, so the walls are just plain, and the lighting is basic. The most important part of the day is often the morning meeting where we figure out what needs to go out and what’s coming in. We drink a lot of chai to keep ourselves going. Pul Prahlad Pur can be a bit chaotic with the traffic near the underpass, but we’ve learned to time our arrivals to avoid the worst of it. It’s a hard-working environment without any of the corporate fluff you might find in a downtown skyscraper. We prefer it this way because it feels more real. We just get on with the job and try to keep everything organized in our own way.
