We’re on the upper ground floor of a building in Tughlakabad Extension, specifically at G-4, Rz - 2002/25-26. It’s near Kalkaji, so it’s a pretty central spot in New Delhi for us. Transcend Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is just the name on our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around computers and talking on the phone with clients. The office is functional and maybe a little cramped when everyone is in. We have some chairs for visitors, but most of our work happens through calls and emails. Tughlakabad is always bustling, and you can hear the street noise and the horns even through the windows. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We handle freight, which basically means we figure out the best way to move big loads across the country. It involves a lot of math and even more patience. We don’t have a mission statement or a bunch of corporate values hanging on the wall. We just try to be honest with people about when their stuff will arrive. Sometimes there are delays at the docks or with the trucks, and we have to break the news. We don't sugarcoat it; we just try to fix it. It's a lot of logistics work that people don't really see from the outside. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners on the block.
