Total Fitness

Total Fitness is situated at A 113 in the Shivalik-Malviya Nagar area. This part of Delhi, the 110017 zip code, is usually pretty crowded with traffic and people going about their day. Our gym is right there in the middle of it all. It is not a massive or fancy building, just a solid space at A 113 where people can show up and do their workouts. We have seen Shivalik change quite a bit over the years, but we are still here in Malviya Nagar doing our thing. The address is fairly easy to find once you get into the internal lanes of the Shivalik blocks. We do not spend money on big advertisements or use complicated language to describe what happens here. It is just Total Fitness. Most of the people who come here live in the nearby blocks. They usually stop by early in the morning before the Delhi heat gets too bad or late in the evening after their shift ends. It gets a bit tight sometimes when everyone shows up at once, but the atmosphere is friendly enough. It feels like a neighborhood spot because that is exactly what it is. We keep the doors open for anyone in the area who wants to use the space. There is not much else to say other than we are a local business. If you live around here, you have probably walked past us already.
