Our office is at number 4 Adchini, right along the Mehrauli Road. It’s an old part of the city, and the building reflects that, but it has a lot of character that we’ve grown to like. Being on Mehrauli Road means we deal with a lot of traffic noise, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional printer running. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job pretty well by now. There’s no big sign or anything flashy out front, just the number on the gate. Inside, the rooms are filled with samples and folders that have been gathered over many years of working in the international trade side of things. We have a small courtyard out back where we sometimes sit if the weather isn’t too hot, just to get a break from the desks. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication, so the office can feel a bit hectic when multiple things are happening at once. The shelves are packed with reference books and old catalogs that we still use from time to time. We don't really do things the modern, paperless way; we like having things we can touch and file away by hand. It feels more real that way. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but we like the neighborhood and the people who run the little shops nearby who we see every single day.
