We are located on the second floor of Quarter Number 167 in Sector 2, Sadiq Nagar. It’s a Type III building, so it has that specific look you find in this part of New Delhi. Today Homes And Infrastructure is what we call our operation. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but it’s where we do all our planning and paperwork. Sadiq Nagar is a pretty settled area, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a good bit. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. Our work is mostly about the nuts and bolts of homes and infrastructure. We spend a lot of hours looking at drawings and talking to contractors on the mobile. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't go in for fancy speeches or slick presentations. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-argument about a delivery or drinking tea while waiting for a client. That is just how we operate. New Delhi 110049 is a busy pin code, and there is always something needing attention nearby. We just try to be useful and get the projects finished without too much drama. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it one day at a time. We are just local people doing work we know.
