Times Logistics Limited is located at Ga/58A in Pul-Prhladpur, which is right near Badarpur in New Delhi. The area is quite industrial and busy, which suits the kind of work we do. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend our lives looking at clocks and maps. It’s not a fancy job by any stretch. There is a lot of grease, truck exhaust, and loud voices. We have been working out of this office for a good while and it has seen better days, but it works for us. Our main focus is just getting the shipments organized and out the door. New Delhi traffic is a nightmare most days, so we spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to avoid the worst of the jams. It’s a constant puzzle. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It is just us, the phones, and the drivers. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, like when a road is closed or a manifest is wrong, but we just fix it and move on. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just do the work. The coffee here is usually strong and the atmosphere is pretty casual. We dress for the work, not for a meeting. If you need us, we are usually at the desk or out back checking the loads. It is a gritty business, but it keeps the city running.
