We have been here at M-30 A on the main road in Greater Kailash I for quite a while now. Most days it is just us managing the floor and making sure everything looks right on the shelves. The traffic outside is always loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home or going out to the markets. It gets pretty busy around here. We spend a lot of time just organizing the pieces and talking to people who wander in after lunch. Some people stay for a long time looking at things, while others are in a hurry. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work with the space we have. There is always something to clean or a box that needs moving in the back. Usually, the lights stay on until late because the main road stays active well into the night. We keep the doors open and just watch the street. Sometimes we sit on the stools near the counter and drink tea while waiting for the next person to walk through. It is a simple setup really. We don't do anything too fancy, just show up every morning and open the shutters. The building is easy to find if you know GK I. It feels like home after being here so many hours every week. We know the neighbors and the guys who deliver stuff nearby. It is just another day at the shop for us. We also have to handle some phone calls and check the stock levels manually. Sometimes we rearrange the window display just to change the view.
