Theorem Gym Spa & Health Cafe is on the first floor of Living Style Mall. We are at unit 101 in Jasola Vihar. Having everything in one place—the gym, the spa, and the cafe—makes things a bit complicated to manage, but it works out. The mall is a local hub for people in Jasola, so we get a lot of foot traffic. Some people just come for the cafe part because they want something a bit healthier than the usual fast food. Others are here strictly for the gym and then maybe a quick shower at the spa before they head home. It’s a bit of a mix. The first floor gets plenty of light, which is nice for the cafe area. We’ve had to figure out how to keep the gym noise from bothering the people trying to relax in the spa, which took some time. Jasola Vihar is a growing area, and being in the Living Style Mall puts us right in the center of things. It’s not a quiet, hidden away spot; it’s busy and active. We spend a lot of time checking the kitchen supplies and then making sure the gym equipment is working right. It’s a lot of different things to keep track of every day. We aren't a big chain, so we just handle things as they come up. It’s just a practical spot for the neighborhood to get several things done at once. It's quite a lot to do.
