The Tyre Plaza

The Tyre Plaza is easy to find if you’re near the Defense Colony flyover. We are located at B 1/113 in Lajpat Nagar I. The shop is usually surrounded by stacks of tyres of all different sizes. We’ve got stuff for small cars and bigger vehicles too. Being so close to the flyover means there is a constant sound of traffic passing by above us. It’s a bit of a dusty job, handling rubber all day, and our hands are rarely clean. We spend a lot of time out front checking air pressure or helping someone pick out a new set of wheels. The office inside is small and mostly filled with invoices and more tyres. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come to sit and relax, but we have a couple of chairs if you’re waiting for your car. Lajpat Nagar is a busy market area, so there’s always a lot of movement around the shop. We’ve been here at this spot for quite a bit and most people in the neighborhood know us by now. We just focus on getting the tyres fitted and getting people back on the road. It’s a simple, honest business without any of that corporate polish. We just work with what we have and try to make sure the job is done right before the sun goes down. That is how we keep things moving.
