This is the corporate office for The Oberoi Group, specifically the Eih Ltd side of things, located over in Greater Kailash Part 1 in New Delhi. The address is S-316. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is right in the thick of it. We don't run a hotel here at this specific address; it’s more about the administrative and corporate work that keeps the whole group moving. There are a lot of people in and out all day, mostly staff dealing with finances, management, and the paperwork that comes with running a large business. It's not a fancy lobby with a concierge, just a regular office setup with desks, computers, and meetings going on in the back rooms. We spend a lot of time on the phone and sending emails to the various places we manage. New Delhi is a loud place, but once you step inside, it’s just the usual office atmosphere. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and it’s become our home base for the corporate side of the group. It can get pretty cramped with all the files and the people, but we make it work. It's just about keeping the wheels turning and making sure the business side of things is being looked after properly. There’s no gold trim in this office, just hard work and a lot of coffee to get through the day. Sometimes the elevators are slow and the parking is a nightmare, but that's just life in GK1.
