Terron Microsystem Private Limited is situated on the first floor of the Aravali Shopping Complex in Alaknanda. It is a busy little spot, especially in the evenings when people are out doing their shopping. Our office is a bit of a mix between a workspace and a storage room for various parts and components. We deal with microsystems, which means we spend a lot of time looking at very small things under bright lights. It is detail-oriented work, and sometimes it can be a bit tiring on the eyes. We have been in Alaknanda for quite some time, and we have gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex. It feels more like a community than just a business park. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just walk in and see us working at our benches. There is usually a lot of talk about technical specs and hardware issues, but we keep it pretty simple. We are not into the whole high-tech startup vibe with bean bags and ping pong tables. We just have our tools and our desks. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding us among all the other shops, so we end up going down to the street to meet them. It is just a practical way to run things. We like it here because it is convenient and we can get what we need done without much fuss.
