Teamtbt Services Private Limited is right in the middle of Malviya Nagar at Shop No. 6, T/F Corner Market. Being in the Corner Market means it is always noisy and there is always something going on outside. We are on the top floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the shoppers and the traffic below. It’s a busy little spot in New Delhi, 110017. The office itself is quite compact. We’ve had to be very clever with how we arrange the furniture to make sure everyone has enough space to sit and work. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a movie, but it works for what we do. We have a small fridge that is usually full of half-eaten lunches and some cold water. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We don’t have any big corporate policies or anything like that. We just talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most days, someone brings in some snacks to share, and we sit around the main table for a bit to take a break. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we always find a spare chair somewhere. It’s a lively place to be and we are happy with the spot we have here.
