Tarex Exports

Tarex Exports is tucked away in Jangpura Extn. specifically at K-15. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. We’ve been operating from this house-turned-office for some time. Exporting is what we do, so there’s a lot of packing and weighing going on. Sometimes the courier guys struggle to find the exact gate, but once they do, it’s a quick handoff. We have desks piled with papers and samples everywhere. It’s a bit messy if I’m honest. But we know where everything is. Mostly. My uncle started this and we just kept it going. We handle the shipping stuff and talk to people from different places. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a small team here. Just a few of us. We don’t have those big glass buildings. It’s just K-15. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the containers are. Sometimes the internet acts up and we just wait. We deal with different items for export. It’s a lot of checking labels and making sure the counts are right. We try not to make mistakes but we’re human. If something goes wrong, we just fix it. It's a lot of manual work at the end of the day. The neighbors are nice, they don't mind the noise. We often have to stack the boxes pretty high to make room for everyone to sit down.
