T & A Trade Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Y-36 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets. There are trucks everywhere and people moving boxes at all hours of the day. Our space is tucked away in one of the blocks, filled with stacks of paperwork and samples of whatever we’re trading that week. It isn't a quiet place. There is always a phone ringing or someone shouting about a delivery that’s running late. We handle a lot of logistics and sourcing, which basically means we spend half our lives on the phone talking to suppliers or checking where a shipment went. Some days go smooth, other days everything feels like a bit of a mess, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been around for a few years, so we know the drill and don't need much explaining. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see us working at our desks or checking inventory in the back. It’s a practical setup. We deal with all sorts of items, and the variety keeps things interesting, even if the paperwork is a bit much sometimes. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby because nobody ever remembers to bring a tiffin from home.
