You can find us at 381, Street No. 15, in Ghaffar Manzil Extension. We are right in Jamia Nagar in New Delhi. Amir Abbasi is the main person here at Synergy Ppty. Dev. We work on property development in and around this part of the city. The office is not a large or polished place. It is just a small room where we handle our business and meet with people. Jamia Nagar is a very busy area with narrow streets and lots of local shops, and we like being right in the middle of it. It feels more personal than being in one of those huge office parks. We don't use any marketing strategies or have anyone writing fancy descriptions of what we do. We just work on our projects and try to make sure everything is built properly. Dealing with property in Delhi means there is always a lot of paperwork and local stuff to navigate, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't have a big staff, so everyone knows exactly what is happening with every project. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We just tell people the truth about how long things will take and what they will cost. It is a simple approach that has worked for us so far, and we don't see any reason to change it.
