Sykz Gym

Sykz Gym is over at 1 Central Avenue in Maharani Bagh. We are right by Central Park, which is a nice change of pace from the usual dusty streets. Some people like to run in the park and then come inside to us for the heavy lifting. The gym is a simple setup. We have the basic racks, some plates that have seen better days but still do the job, and a few cardio machines near the front. Maharani Bagh is a bit of a quieter area compared to the rest of Delhi, and the gym reflects that most of the time. It’s not a place where people come to show off their expensive workout clothes. Usually, people are just in old t-shirts getting their sweat on. The big windows look out towards the greenery, which is nice when you're stuck on a treadmill. We try to keep the equipment in good working order, though sometimes a cable might get sticky or a bench needs a new bolt. That’s just part of running a local business. The regulars here are a friendly bunch; they’ll usually move their stuff if you need a spot or share a rack without making a big deal out of it. It’s a steady, reliable place to get your exercise done. We’ve been here at the edge of the park for a while, and it’s just a normal part of the neighborhood routine for the people living nearby.
