Swataleem Foundation

Swataleem Foundation is based out of E-43/1 in Phase II of Okhla. If you know South Delhi, you know Okhla is pretty industrial and fast-paced. Our office is tucked into one of those streets where there's always a truck or a delivery bike moving something. It's not a shiny corporate park. It’s more of a practical space. We have some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of folders. The air in Okhla is always a bit dusty, and there’s usually the sound of machinery or traffic in the background. We’ve been here for a bit now. Our team is small, and we mostly just focus on what’s in front of us. No one here uses big words or tries to act important. We drink a lot of tea from the stall down the road. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. Finding the entrance can be tricky the first time because the numbering in Phase II is a little weird. Once you're inside, it's just a regular workspace. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. It’s just the name on the door and us working through the pile of tasks. Most days are long, but we just keep at it. It’s a real place with real people who don’t mind getting their hands a bit dirty to get the day's work finished.
