Suneja Paints & Hardware Store

Suneja Paints & Hardware Store has been a fixture here in the Kalkaji and Govind Puri area for quite some time. We’re located at 1/19-B, which is really close to Acharya Narendra Dev College. You can’t miss us if you’re walking from the college towards the main market area. The shop is usually packed with cans of paint, rolls of wire, and all sorts of tools hanging from the walls. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a few customers come in at once, but we make it work. We started this store because we saw people in Govind Puri needed a reliable place for hardware without going too far. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we take pride in knowing where every single nut and bolt is kept, even if the shelves look a bit cluttered to an outsider. We spend our days mixing colors and cutting lengths of pipe. The college students often walk past, and we see the same faces year after year. It’s not a polished retail space; it’s a working hardware store. We have dust on our hands most of the time, and there's always a smell of fresh paint in the air. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our sign out front and our reputation in the neighborhood. People stop by for advice on what glue to use or which brush is better for a DIY project. It's just us doing our job.
