Sumeet International

Sumeet International is over at A-53/2 in Amrit Puri, which is part of East of Kailash. We are really close to the A Block Market, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. Our building isn't very new, and the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you’re carrying heavy boxes. We handle a lot of different products, mostly focusing on trade and moving goods from one place to another. The office is usually full of ledgers, pens, and stacks of invoices. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture because we’d rather have space for our inventory. The morning starts with checking the mail and seeing what needs to go out first. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or helping pack a crate. We have a small window that looks out towards the market, and sometimes we just watch the chaos for a minute during our tea break. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shop owners on the street. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, do the paperwork, move the goods, and try to get everything right. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our toes every single day without fail.
