Our office is tucked away in Sarita Vihar, right in Pocket-K at number 221. Being here in New Delhi, things are always moving fast, but Suman Villas Pvt. Ltd keeps a steady pace. We deal with properties and housing, mostly focusing on villas as the name suggests. The 110076 area code is where we spend most of our time. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and finding our office isn't too hard once you get into the right pocket of the colony. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of staff; we’re just a dedicated team working out of this space. The desks are usually covered in files and local maps. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about where they want to live. Sometimes the Delhi summer makes the office a bit warm, but we get through it. We handle the usual ups and downs of the real estate world here. It’s about finding the right spots for people to call home.
