Suits Art

Our place is at A-1 near Gate No. 2, right opposite the Saket area on Cariappa Marg. We are technically in Sainik Farms. It is a well-known road, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Cariappa Marg can get very busy with cars and people heading towards Saket. We spend our days here surrounded by rolls of cloth and measuring tapes. Suits Art is what the sign says, and that is exactly what we do. It is a fairly small space, but we have made it work for us over the years. The front door sticks a bit when it is humid, and the floorboards creak when you walk near the back. We have a few old mirrors on the walls so people can see how things look. It is not a high-end boutique with air conditioning that works all the time. It is a working shop. We often have the radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. When the sun goes down, the streetlights outside flick on and the traffic gets even heavier. We usually pack up around then. It is a steady way to spend the day. We don't bother with fancy slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the suits we are making and hope the customers are satisfied with what they get. It is just us doing our thing on Cariappa Marg.
