We have been running Sugam Logistics Pvt Ltd from our office at F-63D in Gangotri Enclave for quite some time now. If you know Alaknanda in New Delhi, you know how the traffic gets around here. It's especially bad in the evenings when everyone is coming home. Our desks are usually piled with waybills and delivery notes because that is just the nature of the transport business. It isn't a fancy setup. We don't have glass walls or anything like that. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving during the summer months, which get really hot in Delhi. The staff here mostly lives nearby. We have a good rhythm going. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to update the tracking, but we get it done eventually. People stop by to ask about their shipments. We usually offer them some water while we look through the files. It gets noisy with the phones ringing and people talking over each other, but it's our daily life. We've got a small tea stall just down the road that brings us chai twice a day. That's usually when we take a short break to talk about things other than logistics. It’s just a normal place where we try to keep the trucks moving and make sure the paperwork doesn’t get lost in the shuffle. It's a lot of work every day. We usually stay late until all the drivers have called in for the night.
