Subhash Chand

My name is Subhash Chand, and I run things from my place at J-197 in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. This isn't a big company with hundreds of employees or a fancy lobby. It’s more of a personal operation where I handle things directly with my own hands. Living and working in Sarita Vihar is quite convenient because it’s a well-connected part of the city, even if the traffic near the main roads can be a real headache in the mornings. I’ve been doing this for a while now, and most of my work comes from people I’ve known for years or neighbors who need something handled properly. I don't have a dedicated office building with a big sign outside; I just use a part of my home to keep my papers and take my calls. It’s a very straightforward way of working. I don't believe in using big words or making promises that I know I can't keep. If you ask me to do something, I’ll tell you straight if it’s possible or not. There’s no marketing department here, just me. This means I have to be the one to check every single detail and make sure nothing gets missed along the way. It can be a lot of work sometimes, but I prefer it this way because I know exactly what is going on at all times. I like the independence of it and the fact that I can look my clients in the eye.
