Studio Prakash

Studio Prakash is right in the heart of the 31 Malviya Nagar Old Market. If you know the old market area, you know it stays pretty crowded most days. Our shop isn't very large, but we have enough space for the cameras and the lights we need. It’s a local spot where people from Malviya Nagar have been coming for a long time. You might walk past it if you’re in a hurry because there are so many shops lined up there. We like being in the old market because there is always something going on outside the door. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit on the bench outside and wait for it to come back. It’s just the way things are in this part of town. Studio Prakash is a name that most people around here recognize. We don’t do anything too fancy or complicated. We just take photos and help people out with whatever they need printed or captured. The walls have some old frames on them, and the floor is a bit worn out from all the feet walking through over the years. It feels like home to us. Being at number 31 has its perks, like being close to the tea stall. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really need a big sign. It is just us in the shop most days.
