Strategic Sourcing Solutions

We are based at D-155 in Sarita Vihar. It is a modest office where we handle what we call sourcing. Basically, other companies come to us when they need to find specific materials or products but don't have the time to look for them themselves. We spend a lot of our time on the telephone or sending emails to different suppliers across the country. It is a lot of coordination and keeping track of details. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and printouts because there is a lot to remember. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. We are a small, dedicated group. We don't use a lot of fancy business talk. We just focus on finding the best options for whatever is needed. Sometimes it is easy, but other times it takes days of searching to find a specific part or a certain grade of material. We also have to check the quality, which sometimes means traveling to factories to see things for ourselves. It is a lot of footwork and persistence. We have been doing this in Sarita Vihar for a while now and have gotten to know many reliable suppliers. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before and know we will get the job done without any fuss or complications. We just keep our heads down and search.
