We are based out of Jasola Vihar in New Delhi. Specifically, we are over in Pocket 11, at B 392 in the Janta Flats. It’s a residential area that has a lot of small businesses running out of it. We are Star Engg. Chemicals Applicators Pvt. Ltd. The office is exactly what you’d expect from a place in the Janta Flats—compact and functional. There isn't much room for anything extra, so every corner is used for storing files or equipment samples. Being in Delhi, there’s always noise from the street, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff with chemicals and engineering applications, so we are often out on sites or dealing with technicians. When we are in the office, it’s mostly about handling the administrative side of things. It’s a small group of us. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. It’s a very hands-on environment. The neighborhood is full of life, and there are plenty of tea stalls nearby where we take our breaks. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a regular place where work gets done. We focus on the jobs at hand and try to keep things moving along in the 110025 area. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the files, but we manage to stay on top of things.
