Ssan Infra Projects Private Limited

Our office is in Neb Enclave, right in Neb Sarai. It’s Flat Number 19 on the first floor. It's not a huge building, just a regular place where we manage our projects. South West Delhi can be a bit chaotic with the roads, but this area is okay. Ssan Infra Projects is really just a few of us working on construction and infra stuff. We have papers everywhere. Maps, site plans, and bills are usually piled up on the main table. We drink a lot of coffee while looking at spreadsheets. Sometimes we stay late when a site has issues. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of talking on the phone with contractors. Neb Sarai is a mix of people. We’ve been at A-35 for some time now. You have to climb the stairs since the lift is sometimes slow or just small. We don't have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and someone will talk to you. We deal with real problems on the ground. Weather, materials, labor—it all adds up. We don't try to sound like we know everything. We just try to finish what we started. Every day is different here. Some days are quiet, others the phone won't stop ringing. That’s just life in the infra business in Delhi. We keep moving forward without making too much noise about it. It’s just how things go at Flat 19.
