We are located at I-84 on the first floor right here in Lajpat Nagar. Telecommunications is what we do, so our office is usually a maze of wires, routers, and old handsets. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you are here, it's a pretty standard workspace. We have been around this area for quite some time now. Most of our work involves helping people get their phones or internet sorted out, which can be a real headache sometimes. We aren't some giant call center. We are just a local team trying to keep people connected. The desks are covered in bits of cable and testing equipment. Lajpat Nagar is always humming with energy, and our office sits right in the middle of it. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, and sometimes the power flickers, but we just keep going. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy front desk. People usually find us when their systems go down and they need someone to actually show up and fix it. We talk to our customers like normal people because that is what we are. It is not always glamorous work, especially when you are crawling under a desk to find a loose connection, but it is what we know how to do. We just stay busy and try to keep the lines open so everyone can talk to who they need to.
