Spiffy Social Welfare Foundation

Spiffy Social Welfare Foundation is located at Plot No. 29-30 in Nangli Vihar Phase II. That’s over in Najafgarh, South West Delhi. The name sounds a bit funny to some, but we liked it. We’ve been operating out of this plot for a while. Najafgarh is a bit out of the way for some, but it’s home to us. Our space is basic. We don't have any of those expensive office chairs or fancy coffee machines. It's just desks, chairs, and people working. Dealing with social welfare means we see a lot of different things every day. Some of it is tough, and some of it is rewarding. We don't use those catchphrases you see on TV. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The area in 110043 is growing fast. There’s always construction noise nearby. We’ve gotten used to it. It’s just the sound of the neighborhood moving forward. We try to help out wherever there is a gap. It’s not always easy to manage everything with a small team. We make mistakes sometimes, but we try to fix them quickly. It’s an honest living. If you’re ever in Nangli Vihar, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing fancy, just says who we are. We keep things pretty grounded and simple here because that's what works for our community.
