The office for Spazzio Design Architecture Pvt Ltd. is tucked away in Jamia Nagar, specifically at B-5 on the first floor in Joga Bai Ext. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, the noise from the street is something you just have to live with when you work here. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of the local life passing by the windows while we sit at our desks. The space inside is mostly filled with rolls of paper, pens, and computer screens that stay on until late in the evening. There is no big sign out front, just the address 110025 on the mail. We have been in this spot for some time, and it feels like home now, even if the stairs are a bit steep and the electricity acts up once in a while during the summer months. People come and go throughout the day, mostly just us and a few others who need to drop things off. It is not the kind of place where things are perfectly polished. We have books stacked in corners and coffee cups left on tables because we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about how everything looks to a stranger. It is just a regular office where we try to get through the pile of drawings we have to finish before the weekend comes around.
