Smartaid International Welfarefoundation

Our office is over in Panchsheel Park, right on the third floor of S-19. It’s a quiet enough area, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive late in the morning. Smartaid International Welfarefoundation isn't a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized from this small space. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to see where help is needed most. The name sounds quite official, but inside it’s just a normal workplace with coffee mugs everywhere and stacks of files that need sorting. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. Panchsheel is a nice spot to work from, even if the stairs to the top floor get tiring by the end of the week. We try to stay focused on the work rather than making the office look perfect. It's practical and it works for what we do. Not every day is easy, and there are times when things get a bit chaotic, but that's just part of running a foundation. We're just here doing our bit, trying to handle the logistics of aid without making it too complicated for everyone involved. It keeps us busy and out of trouble most of the time.
