Smart Careers

Smart Careers is located over at Sriniwaspuri, specifically at D 55. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We don't have a massive glass building or anything like that. It’s just a place where we help people figure out what they want to do with their jobs and lives. Life in this part of town is usually moving fast, and we try to keep up. We’ve been at this address for some time, and the locals know where to find us. It’s mostly about sitting down and talking through options. There’s a lot of paperwork and computers, as you might expect. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, or the street outside gets noisy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some huge national chain; we just like working with the people who walk in. The office is cozy, maybe a bit cluttered sometimes with all the files, but it works for us. We spend our mornings looking at resumes and our afternoons in meetings. It is a lot of listening, really. People come in looking for a change, and we do what we can to point them in a direction that makes sense. Sriniwaspuri is a good place to be, and being at D 55 feels right for the kind of work we do. It’s not a complicated business model, just people helping other people get where they need to go. We’re here most days if anyone needs a chat.
