We run our operations from the Shivalik area in Malviya Nagar, over in South Delhi. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and being in the 110017 area means we are surrounded by a lot of activity. Our office is more of a workspace than a showroom. We don't have shiny marble floors or a big lobby. Instead, we have desks piled with project schedules, site reports, and a few dusty hard hats sitting in the corner. Managing projects is mostly about staying organized and dealing with problems as they pop up on-site. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different people to make sure things are actually moving. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes it can get a bit stressful when things aren't going according to plan. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We just tell it like it is. If a project is behind, we figure out why and try to fix it. People come to us when they need someone to keep an eye on the details so they don't have to. We’ve been working out of Malviya Nagar for a while now and we know the local landscape pretty well. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on the day-to-day management and try to keep everything on track. It’s plain and simple work that requires a lot of patience and regular follow-ups.
