Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd

Our office is on the ground floor of a DDA flat, specifically 121 A in the Sunlight Colony II area near Ashram in New Delhi. It is a very busy spot with people constantly moving around outside. Being in the teleservices business means our day is filled with a lot of technical talk and fixing connection issues. The space inside is packed with computers, cables, and some old desks that have seen better days. It is not the kind of place where you would expect a big company to be, but it works for us. We are right in the middle of the action here in Delhi. Sometimes the noise from the traffic near Ashram is so loud we have to close the windows just to hear each other talk. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that. If you walk in, you’ll just see people working on their monitors and maybe a few pieces of hardware lying around waiting to be fixed. Our team is small and we’ve been working together for a long time now. We don't spend money on expensive office decor because we’d rather just keep the systems running. Most of the time we are just responding to whatever technical problem pops up next. It can be stressful when things break down, but we just take it one step at a time until it's sorted out. It’s a plain, honest way to earn a living.
