Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

We are located over at Flat No. 6B, J-4/39A in the Khirki Extn area of Malviyanagar. It's a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't used to the neighborhood, but we like it here. Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. isn't a big, flashy operation. We work out of this flat because it's practical and keeps us close to where things are happening in Delhi. The 110017 area is always buzzing, and our office is no different. We have stacks of papers on most surfaces and a few computers that have been around for a long time. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Our team is small, and we spend a lot of time just talking through the logistics of the various construction sites we manage. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or branding. We’d rather just put that effort into making sure our projects are moving along. Sometimes things get delayed or a supplier doesn't show up on time, and that’s when the office gets really hectic. We just deal with it one step at a time. It’s just us doing our daily work without any pretense. If someone stops by, they get a chair and maybe a glass of water while we talk business. That’s just how we do things every day.
