You can find our factory at A-80 in Phase-II of the Okhla Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of Delhi where there is always something being built or moved around. Our building is a simple industrial structure that we have been using for many years. Inside, it is all about the work. We have our machines set up on the ground floor, and the noise can get pretty loud when everyone is busy. There’s a constant hum of electricity and the sound of metal being worked on. Our office is just a small partitioned area upstairs where we keep the records and a couple of old computers. It isn't a place for fancy meetings or showing off. We usually have grease on our hands and dust on our clothes by the end of the day. The power goes out sometimes, so we have to rely on the generator to keep things moving along. We have a small group of workers who have been with us through thick and thin. We don't have a website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people we have known for a long time in the industry. The roads around Okhla are usually jammed with trucks, and the potholes are quite bad, so getting in and out takes a bit of patience. We just open up early and stay until the work is finished.
