We are located on the ground floor at 820 in Chirag Delhi. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and finding a parking spot near our place is a nightmare most days. The office is right there on the street level, so we hear everything that’s going on outside. We deal with automation stuff, mostly parts and little things that make machines work better. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at catalogs for hours. We aren't a massive factory; we’re just a small private company trying to get our foot in the door. The space is filled with boxes and samples of different components we use. Sometimes it feels more like a warehouse than an office, but it works for us. We don't have a big team of suits. It’s just a few of us who know our way around these parts. We drink a lot of coffee and spend too much time on the phone with suppliers. Delhi is a tough place to do business sometimes because everyone is in a rush, but we’ve managed to stay put here for a bit. We don't do big presentations. If someone wants to know what we have, we just show them the actual parts on the shelf. It’s straightforward. We keep the doors open mostly to let some air in, though the Delhi exhaust comes in with it. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in the middle of a noisy city and keeping up with the orders.
