So we’re Shreedhar Estate. We’ve been at this spot in Saket for a while now, right on the first floor near the PVR. If you know the area, it gets pretty busy around here, especially on weekends with the movie crowds. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just a regular workspace where we handle property stuff. Most days it’s just us sitting around desks, talking on the phone with folks looking for a place or trying to sort out paperwork. We deal with buildings and land in this part of town mostly. It’s a lot of running around, checking out sites, and then coming back here to update the files. Sometimes the traffic in Saket makes getting to the office a real pain, but we manage. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows everyone. We don’t really have those big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just get the work done and go home. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. It’s just how things go here. People drop by sometimes just to ask about prices or what’s available in the neighborhood. We try to keep things straightforward. No complicated jargon or sales pitches, just telling people what’s what with the market. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. That’s about it for us at Shreedhar. Just a local real estate office trying to keep things moving in Saket and helping people find rooms.
