Shift

We are Shift, and you can find us at E-31, on the 3rd Floor of Hauz Khas Market. Being up on the third floor means we get a bit of a workout every time we come into work, especially since the elevator can be a bit moody and we often just take the stairs. The market below us is always humming with people looking for shops or food, but once you get up to our floor, it settles down quite a bit. Our office is a bit of a mix of everything. We have some old desks that have been with us since the start and a few chairs that squeak when you sit down. We didn't spend much on making it look pretty because we’re usually too busy to notice. There are usually a few half-empty water bottles and notebooks scattered around the place. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom. From our window, we can see the tops of the buildings and the busy street below. Sometimes the traffic noise drifts up, but it’s not too bad. We spend our hours here mostly staring at screens or talking through things. It’s a simple setup in a very busy part of Delhi. We like being in Hauz Khas because everything we need is just a short walk away, even if the parking is a total nightmare. It’s just where we happen to be, doing what we do every day without much fuss.
