Sharma Industires Pvt. Ltd. is situated out at Khashra No. 15/24 and 25/1 in Badarpur, right along the Mathura Road. Since we are on Mathura Road, there is always a lot of traffic and big trucks moving past. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where the industry happens. We have a fair amount of space here for our operations. We aren't a small shop; we have a proper industrial setup with machines and a lot of activity. It’s a bit gritty and loud most of the time. We don’t have any fancy carpeted offices. It’s more about concrete floors and hard work. Our guys are usually busy on the floor, and the office staff are tucked away in a corner handling the orders. We’ve been in Badarpur for a long time. We’ve seen the road get wider and the traffic get heavier over the years. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just talk about production numbers and delivery schedules. It’s practical work for practical people. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, or the rain makes the yard messy. That’s just life in an industrial area. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the products we send out are what they’re supposed to be. It’s a tough, honest way to run a company.
