Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

We are located over in Friends Colony East, which is a fairly nice part of New Delhi. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. has been operating out of this A-12 address for a bit. It’s a mix of a residential area and office space, so it’s not too hectic compared to the center of the city. We do a lot of our project management and planning from here. The team is usually busy on phones or looking over big blueprints spread out on the tables. Delhi is a fast place, and we try to keep up without losing our heads. Sometimes the heat gets to be a lot, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused. We handle construction tasks and manage various contracts that come our way. It’s mostly about logistics and making sure the right people are in the right places. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. People who need to find us usually know where we are. We've got a lot of history as a company, but here in this office, it’s just about the daily grind. We have a lot of paperwork to sort through every week. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. It’s just regular work for regular people. We try to be good neighbors and keep things quiet for the folks living nearby. It’s a solid place to work from and we have been here for years.
