Shanti Ventures

We set up Shanti Ventures at G-10 in Kalkagi. It’s a modest space, not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve been here for a few years now, and the locals in Kalkagi have gotten used to seeing us around. We don't have a huge staff, just a tight group of people who know how to get things done. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of typing and phone calls. We handle various business ventures, mostly helping people with their projects or doing some consulting. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at files. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating our processes. The building isn't anything special, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. Sometimes we have meetings at the tea stall nearby because it’s easier than staying cooped up inside all day. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. People usually find us through word of mouth. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't looking to take over the world; we just want to run a decent business and pay the bills. It’s a quiet life here in Kalkagi, and we like the way things are going. There’s always work to be done and we just get on with it without making any kind of fuss.
