We are Shangrila Buildcon Pvt Ltd, and you can find us on the third floor of G-64 in Abul Fazal Enclave-I, over in Jamia Nagar. Being in New Delhi, everything is always moving fast. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our files and meet up to talk about different building projects. Most of our actual work happens out at the sites where the dust is. We deal with the paperwork, the permits, and all the logistics that go into construction in a big city like this. It can be a real headache sometimes with the traffic and the rules, but we just deal with it one day at a time. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that knows the Jamia Nagar area pretty well. Some days are spent arguing with suppliers about why the steel is late, and other days are just quiet hours in the office catching up on notes. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people might think about real estate or building. It’s mostly just trying to stay organized in a city that is always crowded. We just do the work that comes our way and try to keep things moving forward. That’s about all there is to it. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the structures built according to the plans we have. It is just the way we do things.
