You can find us at B-104 on the first floor in Panchsheel Park. We are right behind the Triveni Complex near Malviya Nagar. This part of Delhi is always moving, and so are we. We call ourselves Shakti Global HR Solutions, though we mostly just focus on finding the right people for offices around here. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. We look through stacks of applications every morning. Sometimes it's hard to find the right fit, but we keep looking. We have a small office, nothing too grand. There's always tea going and the printers are usually humming. We talk to managers who are stressed out because they are short-staffed. Then we talk to people who are looking for a steady paycheck. Bringing them together is basically what our day looks like. We aren't some massive corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know how the job market works in Delhi. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. It saves time for everybody. We’ve been in Panchsheel Park for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. It’s easy to get to. We just handle the human resources side of things so business owners can focus on their own work. It’s a simple service, really, and we try to do it as best as we can without making it complicated.
