SHAH HOSPITALITY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

SHAH Hospitality is run out of Flat Number 1 on Devli Road in Khanpur. The house number is 477, right in Jawahar Park. It’s an OPC, so it’s a one-person show mostly, though I have someone help me with the books sometimes. It’s a South Delhi location, but it feels very local and tucked away. I’ve lived in this area for years, so setting up the business here just made sense. It’s a ground-floor type of setup in a busy neighborhood. People are always walking by on Devli Road and sometimes they peek in. Inside, it’s just a normal room with my computer and a printer that jams way too often. I handle different hospitality projects from here. It might be coordinating for a small guest house or helping with some local event stuff. It’s not a big corporate operation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just me and the occasional visitor. The traffic on Devli Road can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so I usually stay late to avoid the rush. I’ve got some plants on the windowsill that are barely hanging on because I forget to water them. It’s a simple business. I don’t spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of the work comes from people knowing I’m here. It is a bit cramped with all the folders, but it works for what I need. South Delhi has a lot of these small offices hidden in residential streets.
